Thank you so much Dr. Lara for this book. I first saw you on the Home and Family and ordered your book On Amazon immediately. I am 40 years old. I knew what my problems and challenges were but I never knew how to let it go and/or gain control when I felt like a big ball of @$!ch ready to explode, lol…You finally shared some solutions! I have sent 3 of my friends your book so far with a blank journal who are also willing to take the brave walk into mindfulness. Willingness Hands is so far my favorite experience and exercise. Thank you so much for sharing this book with the world and me. I love the interaction as well! Thank you for your devotion, time and heart felt sincerity throughout this experience. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Hi Jaime, Oh my gosh! You just made my day. I’m so so pleased that the book is resonating with you and you are finding the exercises helpful! Willingness hands is my favorite skill too actually. It’s the best way to get started when stress and strong emotions are getting the best of us. Please please don’t hesitate to reach out if I may clarify anything as you progress through the book. Again, thank you for receiving the message and intention of Mastering Adulthood exactly as it was intended. Your message is such a gift. Warmly, Lara
